Located in Swan Lake RV Park & Campground, you’re just steps from the shore. A peaceful, fresh home base for your next BC getaway.

The space
This 800 sq. ft. park model home is compact yet thoughtfully designed to feel open, bright, and connected to the lakeside setting. While the home can accommodate up to six guests, it is most comfortable for up to four adults or families with children, as the bunk room is best suited for kids.

Living & Kitchen

The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen create a comfortable gathering space with beautiful lake views and easy access to the covered deck.

Primary Bedroom

Features a comfortable queen bed with soft, neutral linens for a restful night’s sleep.

Second Bedroom

Includes a queen bed, private vanity/sink, and sliding glass doors leading directly onto the deck — perfect for stepping out to enjoy the morning lake view.

*Bunk Room

A cozy pass-through room with twin bunk beds, best suited for children.

*Bathroom

One clean and functional full bathroom with a walk-in shower. (Please note: there is no bathtub.)

*Covered Deck & Hot Tub

The covered outdoor living space is truly the heart of the home — your year-round front-row seat to Swan Lake. Enjoy the private hot tub in any season, lounge by the fire table, or simply relax and take in the peaceful waterfront setting.

As our guest at Swan Lake RV Park & Campground, you’ll also enjoy access to the shared waterfront and park amenities:

Two stand-up paddleboards reserved exclusively for park model guests
Shared kayaks, canoes, and pedal boats
Boat launch access

*Swimming Note: We have a small "beachy" area with sand that is perfect to venture in a few feet or let your toddlers splash in . However, please note that Swan Lake has a very soft, natural lake bottom. For adults, we recommend using the paddleboards or kayaks to reach swimming depth rather than walking in from the shore.



Occupancy & Layout: Designed for a maximum of four adults, with extra room for two children in the bunk beds. To maintain a relaxing lakeside experience, we do not recommend groups of six adults due to our compact 800 sq. ft. layout and single bathroom.

Occupancy & Layout: While our home technically has six bed spaces, we limit bookings to four adults to ensure everyone has enough breathing room. The bunk room is ideally reserved for two children. At 800 sq. ft. with a single bathroom, having six people is a tight fit; we recommend this only for families who don't mind close quarters!

HI , we've been running our little campground for ten years and love helping people relax and enjoy the serenity of our beautiful little lake. We love the outdoor lifestyle here and spend as much time as we can on the water, swimming, boating or simply turtle hunting with the grandkids.
