Located in a fully renovated 1927 character home, this self contained 2 bedroom garden suite is bright and beautiful with all the comforts of home.
Beach house themed, very clean, and equipped with anything you may need.
Right across from the PNE.
15 min to downtown or North Shore mountains .
15 min walk or 2 min drive to New Brighton Beach and Pool.
11 min walk to the Sanctuary and Playland. Directly across from skatepark, basketball courts, playground. Free designated parking.

The space
This is a 3 story 1927 Vancouver heritage home with all updates completed.
The Airbnb suite is a private suite with its own entry on the ground floor.
It is a 2 bedroom unit with one queen size bed in one room, 2 twin size beds in the other, and a queen size pullout in the living room, sleeping a total of 6 people. Private fully stocked kitchen, washroom and living room.
Guests also have access to the outdoor patio and bbq area at any time, as well as, their own designated parking spot.

Guest access
Guests have access to everything in the unit as well as to any areas in the front yard. Front yard is for guests only. We do not use it for ourselves. **note** outdoor patio and swing are packed up during the winter to prevent mould or damage from the snow

Other things to note
Pets are welcome but a one time $50 CAD fee will apply, regardless of number of pets or length of stay. Please select pet when booking and it will be applied automatically.

There are three very friendly outdoor cats living upstairs as well. They’re actually pretty well known amongst our guests and may be the reason why we have so many repeat guests staying with us year after year :)

This unit is located beneath the main floor of our home so please keep in mind that foot traffic can be heard frequently as there are 6 of us upstairs, including two teenagers. Oh yeah! Plus 3 cats that can sometimes be awake at night.
We do our best to reduce the noise whenever there are guests but it’s not always possible as we still have the original flooring from 1927 upstairs and sometimes it creaks.
We also have electric hot water heating which is sometimes audible as the water runs through the pipes to heat the home. We do provide ear plugs for those sensitive to noise at bedtime but please do not book with us if this type of noise will be an issue for you.
The suite does not currently have AC but it tends to stay quite cool in there in the summer as it is at the ground level. We do also provide some pretty awesome fans that do an excellent job at keeping airflow at a nice cool temp :)
