Welcome to my lovely 1-bedroom flat just 2 minutes from Holloway Road station (Piccadilly Line).

This is a flat in a modern building - spacious and fully equipped withe everything an Airbnb guest might want!

One bedroom, modern apartment, balcony with amazing view. Gym in the building. Washing machine, dish washer and TV in the apartment.

Great for couples, friends and even business visitors - everyone welcome!

The space

The living room is perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring London. There is a comfy couch and a Smart TV to keep you entertained.

Feel free to take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen - great if you prefer to cook at home (although London is famous for its world-class bars and restaurants, be sure to check out the Guidebook section for some of my personal recommendations!)

The bedroom features a very comfortable Queen-size bed - my cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival.

Finally, the flat also boasts a bathroom with a full-size bath/shower. Toiletries including shower gel and shampoo provided!

We had to contact Kobi (the host) who refunded the fifty one pound cleaning fee due to the fact that the apartment was very dirty upon our arrival and we had to spend two hours cleaning it ourselves. Kobi also refunded twenty pounds due to the fact that the internet did not work at the apartment during our visit. Communication with Kobi was extremely slow although his apartment is managed by airbnb sorted who called us several times to apologise for the mess and lack of internet. The apartment is on the 7th floor and there is an elevator to the front door of the apartment. Inside there is a tastefully furnished open plan lounge and kitchen with a small balcony. The view from the lounge over London is breath taking especially at night when the city is illuminated. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is huge in comparison well equipped, with a shower attachment from a bath mixer taps hence the pressure is reasonable. We wouldn't consider this apartment good value for money considering the difficulties we experienced during our visit and probably wont be staying again.

The place is a good one. The location is definitely the main factor for the apartment, central and close to public transportation. Details in regards with the key access of the building and apartment location makes it a bit tricky since the place is within a Students Dorm Unit. Overall, the apartment is tidy and in good condition. PS: Nice view

Hi there! Thanks so much for your feedback. I am happy you enjoyed the location of the property. It is my favourite thing about it! I am sorry you found the lockbox difficult. However, I use a lockbox for key access in order to allow for a flexible check in time. My property is not in a Student Dorms Unit, however, there is a building in the area that is allocated for this. I am pleased you thought it was tidy and clean! Please come again! All the best.

Apartment was new clean and with an awesome view on London! Communication with Kobi was good! Bring a haird dryer with you because the apartment didnt have one!

Kobi's place is very clean, and is in a good location - a quiet residential area but only a couple of minutes from the nearest tube station which itself is only a short journey into central London.
