About this listing
The tranquility of Pantin a stone's throw from the bustle of Paris! Located on the outskirts of Paris (15 min by foot by the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette), it is close to the Gare du Nord (2 stops by RER and 6 by metro) and the Gare Saint Lazare (3 RER stops). You will appreciate my accommodation for its calm, its light, its volumes, and the small life pantinise surroundings (trade, cafes, market). Ideal for couples or solo.
In an old building overlooking a courtyard and a former paint factory, my apartment is located on the last floor without opposite. Renovated recently, it has been isolated, which also makes it very quiet for a Parisian type apartment (which does not prevent to lead a calm and discreet life out of respect for neighbors, as I am myself). Composed of a main room with living room, kitchen and separate toilets and a room overlooking the bathroom, its volumes are pleasant to live in two. I also have a double bed, and a mattress a place to lay on the floor can be added in case of additional traveler. I arrived there recently and started to manufacture some furniture and curtains, which explains inaccuracies, finishes not yet finished or temporary systems D, but it is nonetheless functional, and We will say that it gives it its charm! Anyway it is a place that I love warm, welcoming, peaceful, and poetic.
I leave you my apartment, I expect from you that you take care of it and that you are also respectful of my adorable neighbors (calm and tranquility are in order).
