This is a fabulous fabric of lies that revolts us and is the biggest demonstration of bad faith that we have read since we manage this guesthouse.
Let's put things in context:
Arriving late at night after booking a twin room for 4 people, which was clear in our announcement as everyone can see, they DEMANDED to have a third bed as they had supposedly seen on the ad. When asked where they saw it, we did not get an answer.
We are generally very cool, and we did with the means at hand, although nothing obliged us. We put up a sofa bed, it was past 9pm, but nothing worked, they demanded to be refunded in full. We refused, not canceling at 10pm !!
The answer was quick, you pointed out to me "I've never seen that I do not get reimbursed and so we will rot your life wherever you can." You even wrote to me later, I have your prose available to anyone who asks for it.
We thought the problem was solved when we heard screaming half an hour later, they found in the room an Ectobius, a flying insect found in the gardens and dying as soon as it enters a house.
We told them "No problem if you're scared, close your window, we'll give a bomb and in a minute the problem is solved .. Anyway, he'll die
Great refusal on your part that did not want to be, according to your terms, "poisoned" and most importantly, what we did not understand is that the Ectobius was recovered and put in a small box despite your " Huge "phobia.
Ah we understood after seeing everywhere pictures taken of the insect. You had begun to rot our life as promised.
And then your comment that ends by saying that only the photos of the pool are accurate while many of the 500 comments say that the photos actually describe the guesthouse and even some who say that in real life, it's even prettier than in the photos, comments that annoy me a bit because it means that I can not take pictures that reflect the beauty of the place
I have waited to see how far you will go in your duplicity but I see that you have no dignity, no respect, no value. We devote our lives to welcoming people to our guesthouse, it's a huge pleasure to see our visitors satisfied and all the positive reviews we have received only make us better every time.
But against bad faith, there is nothing to do.
