Rose Cottage was beautifully stylish, great position, only a 10 minute walk down to city centre. Beds were extremely comfortable and loved the kitchen amenities. If you're not a walker, a car is useful as Dunedin is quite hilly. A lovely place in a great architectural city.

A beautifully restored cottage home full of unique surprises. Super clean and bright. A real treasure, a short walk to the Octagon. Very comfortable beds. Wouldn't hesitate to book again and recommend to others.

Rose Cottage is a very special place-lovely atmosphere and high quality accommodation. Everything from bookings communications to instructions on arrival were excellent. We absolutely loved staying and would definitely unconditionally recommend.
