Lovely private flat, very nicely furnished and everything you need in the kitchen. There are two very private patios with views over the harbour which are great for sunbathing as out of the wind, but it would have been nice to have had proper sun beds rather than sun chairs. Big fan for those hot nights but beds are really squeaky!! There are 45 steps up to the third floor so for the elderly it might be a struggle. The bathroom is very dated. Shower over bath but no real need for a bath as the water pressure is so low (not uncommon in PDC) and there wouldn't be enough water to fill it. Toilet flush didn't always work so needs attention before it breaks for good! No British TV news channels, so make sure you bring plenty to read or are fluent in Spanish! However, wifi brilliant so you can always keep abreast of news (if you wish to) on laptops etc. Location ideal for us as we prefer the old town as restaurants great, especially for fish - couldn't get fresher! Local supermarket literally 50 paces from the accommodation. As one previous reviewer said, if bathroom is updated it would be good value for money.

Perfect place for a stay in Lanzarote, apartment is cozy and clean, communication with Armita was easy and very friendly. Located in a good area near the port and a walk from the buzz of the place yet a quiet street. All in all a good place to stay

Apartment was as described and exceeded expectations. The terrace is great shelter from the wind and private enough to have evening meal. The view of the ocean was perfect. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including Iron and hairdryer. There is also a fan for warm evenings. Armita was a great host and we found this trip our most enjoyable out of our 7 times visiting Lanzarote. There is a Spar 5 minutes walk from the apartment which is quite big and has everything for making lunch or evening meals. As a vegetarian the "Blooming Cactus" at the bottom of the street was ideal and the food was gorgeous. We cannot fault this property and will be returning later this year. Recommended to my elderly mother too!

Armita communicated very promptly with me before, during and after our stay for a week at the beginning of Feb 2017. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location in the old town, a few minutes' walk away from many excellent restaurants, supermarket and coastal path. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful, and its position meant it got sun all day. The apartment looked just like the photographs on the site. However, the bathroom was rather 'tired' with a rather slow flowing shower over the bath and a slow trickle of water from the hot tap of the wash hand basin. A nasty odour in the bathroom was more evident some times than others, but detracted from our enjoyment of the apartment. The wifi was temperamental and did not work at all for most of our stay. If these issues were remedied, we would consider returning to this apartment which, in its current state, is probably a little over priced.
