Comfortable studio apartment in the historical House at the Three Princes (U Tri knizat) right in the heart of Brno city centre.
Great views of the Minorite monastery just across the street. Small kitchen for simple cooking, some antique furniture.
Close to all the cafes, bars, pubs and cultural events the city centre has to offer.
The apartment is about 50m2. The entrance hall (where the cupboards with the washing machine and dryer are located) serves two apartments (each has its lockable entrance).
The main room includes all that you need for a short-term stay: small kitchen for simple cooking (kettle, two burner induction stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, basic utensils and tea, coffee, etc.), comfortable armchairs to relax in and watch the statues on the monastery opposite, dining area, 50 inch TV and antique beds. There is enough storage space in two cupboards and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity with large mirror. Basic toiletries included.
The apartment is on the first floor, there is no elevator.
There are small shops on the ground floor, also a great wine shop with a cellar to sit in and cafe (currently under reconstruction) in the courtyard.
Interaction with guests
I or my partner will be happy to help, give tips where to go or recommend local cafes, pubs or bars. We live about 15 minutes away and my partner is generally in or around the house during working hours.
