The best pool view in Hampton Lakes - no staring at a wall or other home here! You’ll love staying at this beautiful lake view home on Hampton Lakes. This gorgeous 5 bedroom- 4 full baths, pool home comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Fantastic heated pool with spa is overlooking the tranquil resident lake. Located near great shopping stores, amazing restaurants with access to major roadways and medical facilities. Best of all it is minutes away from many of attractions that Orlando has to offer
The space
POOL : South facing pool is catching the sun from early morning until sunset. Overlooks a tranquil lake setting and is absolutely brilliant watching the wildlife in and around the lake, very relaxing and peaceful. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs.
GAMES ROOM : Fully equipped Games room complete with pool table, air hockey & Foosball table, TV, XBox 360 including various games etc, plus wireless high speed internet fun just never ends.

**Per legal requirement you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay on the property.
**Please note that villa is Self-Catering. “Self-catering” means that the homeowner only supplies a limited amount of necessities such as a toilet paper roll in every bathroom, soaps for each bathroom sink, a paper towel roll, and 1 large garbage bag. These are just to get you started, but any additional supplies have to be supplied by the guest. There may be other items in the villa when you arrive such as dishwasher and laundry soap, more garbage bags etc, but these will have been left by the previous guests and we leave them in the villa for your convenience.”

Suggestions: Grandparents could stay downstairs, there's a convenient master suite waiting for grandparents.
ATTENTION:
It's NOT allowed to use this house for ANY kind of events like parties, meetings, conferences, commercial activities, etc. - IF you plan a party (or etc), this house is NOT recommended for you.
Note: if this important rule is broken, HOA and neighbors might inform the local authorities and the AirBnB security deposit on hold will be required to cover the fine.
Other things to note
ONLY GUESTS INFORMED TO AirBnB ARE PERMITTED TO STAY IN THE HOUSE
For example: if your family has 5 people, you MUST inform full names of these 5 people.
Pool and spa heat is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this property. An additional charge of $210 per week plus tax would be applied if guests require a heated pool and spa. We recommend pool heat from October through April. If you want the pool heated, it's very easy, just contact us after your booking and we will send you a payment request for that.
Important note: Pool heat is setup on 88F and spa to 104 but temperature is not guaranteed because its dependable on outside weather.
A/C (cooling) guests can adjust between 73F-80F and if you are not comfortable with this range please don't book. Heating max temperature on thermostat is 75F if you are not comfortable with this please don't book.
Washer and Dryer are available for reasonable use - extreme use beyond normal household needs will be charged at the management's discretion.
6 Adults maximum occupancy
Guest can rent a clean BBQ with a full gas tank - ask for details.
