The apartment is close to Main St Breckenridge and all the wonderful restaurants, shops and bars. Use the bus stop close by to get to the ski slopes and walk to take full advantage of the downtown location. Due to the apartment's proximity to all that Breckenridge has to offer you can easily stay here and not need a car.
The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Spend a cosy evening by the gas fireplace after a wonderful day exploring Summit County. The west facing deck has views of the ski resort.
Sleeping arrangements are a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
The loft area is used as owner storage and is not part of the rented accommodations. The unit has its own washer and dryer which is a great amenity and not very common for one bedroom units.
Guests have access to gated outside parking that is associated with the building. This is on a first come basis and is shared with local offices during the day. Un-assigned parking.

We have lived in Breckenridge for over 20 years and enjoy making sure that our guests have a wonderful time in our home town. Please do not hesitate to ask questions about all the activities and events that Breckenridge has to offer.
Note: if you have severe pet allergies, please be aware the owners occasionally bring their dog to the unit.
