The space
This three-bedroom, two-bath apartment was fully renovated in 2026. In partnership with the award-winning Elements Architectural Group, we have created a restful and energizing space designed for life together.

The apartment features:

Guest access
Guests will have complete and private access to the entire 900 sq ft apartment and all of its amenities. Access to the unit is through a shared building entryway. Guests also have access to a shared, sun-filled roof deck located adjacent to the unit. This deck is for guests of both second-floor apartments and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is a free, reserved parking space for the unit in the parking lot behind the building.

Other things to note
- The sun-filled roof deck is accessible via the back door of the apartment. Please be mindful that this is a shared space with the neighboring apartment.
