Welcome to the guest room of my apartment located in one of the best sectors of Santiago. It is a small room with a private bathroom, the space is cozy and practical. It has a queen size bed, ideal for one person, blackout curtains, a closet and a nightstand with a night light. Room plants are air purifiers.

The space
In my opinion the location is ideal. The apartment is located 2 blocks from the El Golf and Tobalaba Metro stations from where you can easily move to the rest of the city. The quiet and safe neighborhood offers everything you need within walking distance: supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, Costanera Center, Tobalaba Urban Market, Bicentennial Park, among others.

The apartment is cozy and spacious (200 square meters, it is the entire apartment). As a guest you will have access to all common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room and a comfortable terrace ideal for spending the afternoon. Here we live 3 roomies who like to share, cook and enjoy the spaces of our home. If you want to share with us, we will be happy to welcome you, we also respect if you are looking for more privacy. I work from home almost every day of the week, so I'll be available if you have any questions or need recommendations.

We have a TV in the living room. We have a washing machine for free use, also with a dryer for paid use. You'll have space to store your things in the refrigerator and pantry. The building has 24-hour concierges.

For the convenience of those of us who live in the apartment, children under 14 are not allowed.
