Located near Downtown Abilene, McMurry University, Hardin-Simmons University, and Abilene Christian University. Our family friendly haven accommodates a maximum of 8 guests in kick-up-your-heels style.
The main cottage house is all on one floor and sleeps up to 8 in a comfortable master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen bedroom that share a full hall bathroom. Two more guests can be accommodated back on the new living room queen size sofa bed with memory foam topper. Eleven09 also has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 6 plus an extra table available for seating an additional 6 guests, a washer/dryer, cozy bed and bath linens, WIFI, and Smart TVs with live local and cable channels in all bedrooms, living room and back patio.
In the back yard cottage garden, you can spend a lovely evening sipping a glass of wine or roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. There are plenty of tables and chairs for all guests to enjoy a meal alfresco. You’ll even find a swing in the corner of our garden to daydream away your afternoon.
Guests have access to the entire main cottage home, the back yard/garden, covered patio and side covered patio.

Abilene is full of kind, welcoming people. We live nearby and are available at a moment’s notice should a need arise. If you would like assistance with a reservation to the James Beard award-winning Perini Ranch Steakhouse (a must-do!), let us know. We would be happy to fill you in on the top rated local sites (which are all just a hop, skip and jump away) such as The Abilene Zoo, Frontier Texas!, The Grace Museum and The National Center for Children’s Illustrated Literature. We can also connect you with our local partners who provide tours, catering and other services.

Please note that your rate includes a 15% Hotel Occupancy Tax. State Hotel Occupancy Tax is 6%, Abilene City Hotel Occupancy Tax is 7%, and Taylor County Venue Tax is 2% for a total of 15%.

None of the above may be consumed while on the property. - All parties or events must be cleared with the owner prior to your stay. - The interior of the garage and several cabinets and closets in the house are for owner use only. - Covered parking is available in the designated spaces under the carport in the driveway. - Please limit all food and drink consumption (excluding water) to the kitchen, dining, living room and outside areas. - Please wipe up any liquid spills on the hardwood floors as quickly as possible to limit damage. - No pets of any kind are allowed in or on the property. - Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise down during late nights. - Above all, please enjoy your stay and have fun exploring Abilene!
