We had a wonderful experience at Anna's apt in Rome. She and her husband were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apt. was very comfortable and quiet. Three bathrooms was really an asset when travelling with six people. The area is handy to shops, markets, restaurants and transportation and we were also walking distance to many of Rome's tourist attractions. But I must say because we were in Rome during a heat wave the air conditioning was most welcome after a long day enjoying the beautiful city of Rome!

I new this place would be exactly what we needed and I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurants in the area are great as well as reasonably priced. We could walk just about anywhere from the apartment. The metro is cheap and maybe 3 blocks away, grocery store less than a block. Three couples, three bedrooms with three full bathrooms. Perfecto!!

Anna's flat is very comfortable and located in a good neighbourhood. There were 7 of us with an 8 months old baby and we had a very comfortable stay. Pictures on the advert actually don't do the justice to the place. Flat is a lot bigger, has a lot of character and located in secured building with the concierge. Good sized air conditioned bedrooms, decent size bathrooms with plenty of towels, open plan kitchen with loads of small bits and pieces- all made our stay very comfortable indeed . With regards to the location, flat is very close to Vatican. Plenty of restaurants & supermarkets close by make flat conveniently located. All in all a very good stay. Thank you Anna & Adriano.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anna's 3br apartment - it was perfect for 4 adults, and we especially appreciated the 3 bathrooms! Very conveniently located with metro and bus stops nearby and a short walk to the Vatican. There is also an airport shuttle that picks up and drops off just 2 blocks away for only €6 per person. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Anna's son Adriano was also very helpful with giving us tips and allowing us to stow our luggage. Thanks again!

Great apartment in a great location. The rooms were clean and as pictured. We were very comfortable as a group of seven. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. There is also a Nespresso coffee maker, with some coffee supplied. Anna and Adriano were very helpful and easy to contact when we needed to book a car or get more coffee. We would definitely stay there again!

We did not meet Anna during our stay, but Adriano, who lives in the building and speaks excellent English is an excellent host. He met us upon arrival and introduced us to the features of the property. It is clean, comfortable, convenient, and efficient, but not luxurious. We were a family of seven -- parents, grandparents, and three children. This 3BR, 3Bath apartment met our needs perfectly. Both couples had private spaces with bathrooms and the triple room with bath was perfect for the kids. The interior terrace off the MBR is a cool place to relax at the end of a day. Although we had not planned to eat-in, we actually did frequently. The efficient little kitchen and larger dining area became an enjoyable place to share basic family meals. There's a good grocery around the corner, as well as abundant choices of restaurants and gelato shops. The location was excellent for our purpose -- introducing children to the beauty and flavor of Rome. The Vatican, piazza Navona, and many other sites are an easy walk away on safe, well-lit streets. Other sites are reachable by subway-- five minute walk. And the neighborhood feels like a real community-- not just tourists.

We had a very comfortable stay here at Anna's apartment. It is well placed half way between Piazza del Popolo and the Vatican. Approximately 15min at a decent walking pace from both. Popolo, in itself a beautiful square, has a fantastic view over Rome from the park which sits high above it, especially at sunset. It is also at the North end of a major shopping street, which has some impressive top end and fashion outlets. Another street leads to the Spanish steps in about 5 min. Other sights are walkable to from the apartment, dependent on your fitness levels. A 40min walk got us to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. It was about 45min to the Trevi fountain and a good hour to get to the Colosseum. We enjoyed all the walking, as we saw so much that we would simply have missed had we taken public transport. There is a restaurant just 20 or 30 yards from our apartment and we ate there on our last night. The food was ok, but our favourite meal was in Piazza Navona, despite all the tour guides warning us off 'touristy' restaurants. Its a great setting to eat an evening meal as the sun sets. The apartment itself was very comfortable. The beds were great and there were plenty of towels supplied in each of the 3, yes 3, shower rooms. Be warned, the yellow one is plumbed in differently and makes some unusual noises, sometimes quite randomly. This is a minor point. All showers and toilets functioned well. There are 3 good sized double bedrooms, one with an extra single. Each is lockable and has a full set of keys for the apartment and the front door to the block, which is locked in the evening. The kitchen looks quite new and is well stocked with cutlery and crockery. They also supply tea and Nespresso coffee. There is also a good selection of tourist info in the breakfast area. There are a few minor issues with the apartment: one or two sticky doors, a missing handle and a couple of loose wood tiles, but these really are not significant. The apartment is excellent value for what is supplied. I would be very surprised if a better one could be found in such a good location for less money. We were a family of four, but it would also be ideal for 3 couples. Sadly, we never met Anna herself, but the young man (sorry can't remember your name) who met us on arrival was very helpful, especially as we were delayed 5 hours. He also spoke excellent English. Communication throughout was excellent. Anna also arranged the taxi for us on our departure. All in all a great apartment, in a great location, in a great city. We would happily return to this apartment in the future.
