Perfect for holidays, our contemporary/eclectic family home is 15 min walk to downtown and 2 blocks to beach - a perfect middle-ground in the heart of Vancouver. Our newly renovated craftsman home has 3800 square feet, with three bedrooms upstairs, kitchen and living room on the main floor, and a full one bedroom suite and entertainment room below.
This is a family home, so it is suitable for travelling families of all sizes. A great way to avoid hotels, and feel at home.

The space
Welcome to our home at Kitsilano Point. This small area is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Vancouver. Nestled in a quiet cove between Kits Beach and downtown, surrounded by ocean, this spot is a lovely place to live, and a great place to visit.

Our home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a week or two in Vancouver. Below are a few of the perks:

- 4 bedrooms with 5 beds, including one sofa bed in the downstairs suite.
- Pack-n-play crib for an infant.
- Full chef's kitchen with gas stove upstairs, and another kitchen in the suite
-More bathrooms than you might need ;-)

Neighbourhood highlights

In the 1960s, beachside Kitsilano was Vancouver's hippy hangout, drawing comparisons to San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury. Today, Kitsilano still has plenty of culture, but its apartments and houses are now occupied by young urban professionals and families who enjoy a modern version of that relaxed atmosphere – this is the birthplace of global yoga brand, Lululemon athletica. Just over the Burrard Bridge from the downtown peninsula, the neighbourhood brings together a collection of attractions, beach and parks, residential streets, and a couple of main commercial districts. “Kits,” as it’s known locally, is bordered by the waterfront to the north and West 16th Ave to the south; Burrard Street to the east and Alma Street to the west. Most of the commercial activity is along West 4th Avenue and West Broadway, but you’ll also find shops and restaurants in the areas close to the beach.

I want every guest to have a 5-Star experience. - - Top 5 things I like to do near Whistler Creekside besides ski/bike/hike: 1) Dusty's for Après-ski!!! 2) Take my toddler to Alpha Lake Park playground. 3) Treat myself to some fine dinning at the Rim Rock Cafe. Five stars! 4) Check out the local scene down at Function Junction. Purebread Bakery, Eleni Floral Shop, Chili Thom Gallery, Bounce indoor trampoline for kids, Wildwood Eatery, Re-Use-It Center for funny ski-costumes. 5) Walk through the local trails and then stop and enjoy the cozy lounge at Nita Lake Lodge.
