Other things to note
The property is available all year round, but be aware that if you stay in winter, Nagano is very cold. This property is an old farm house and so does not have central heating. We have a reverse cycle air conditioner in the bedroom and have a wood fire stove and kerosene heaters to warm the property, but mornings can be very chilly until someone gets up to turn on the heaters and starts the fire again!

Hi I'm Mayuko and I was born and bred in Nagano. I have also lived in Australia for over 10 years, where I worked as a chef and had my own catering business. I really want to show visitors the beauty of Nagano and am happy to help translate to help people experience authentic life in country Japan. I love travelling and my favourite places to visit are India, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. I also love gardening, massage and snowboarding.
