This is one of our most coveted apartments and for good reason. It features a full view of the Marmara Sea, the Bosphorus Strait, the Historic Peninsula, as well as Serdar-I Ekrem Street, leading up to the Galata Tower.

This is one of our most coveted apartments and for good reason. It features a full view of the Marmara Sea, the Bosphorus Strait, the Historic Peninsula, as well as Serdar-I Ekrem Street, leading up to the Galata Tower. And these incredible views can be seen from pretty much every room in the apartment: the spacious living room, the dining area, as well as both bedrooms. For an even more up close and personal view head out to the flat’s two balconies, one, which covers the entire length of the apartment, and faces the Bosphorous, and the other which faces Serdar-I Ekrem Street and the Galata Tower.

This spectacular apartment is located on the quiet end of Serdar-I Ekrem, one of Istanbul’s most famous streets, coveted by international expats and wealthy locals alike. It’s lined with some of Istanbul’s most renown cafes, restaurants, shops and art galleries. The Galata Tower is a mere 150 m away. Asmali Mescit, the main entertainment district, as well as Istiklal Street, are both within five minutes walking distance. The metro station is less than 3 minutes away and the tram, which is just one stop from the old town, is only 5 minutes walking distance. If you’re looking for the perfectly located apartment, and a room with a view, or rather three rooms with a view, this is the place for you.
