You will appreciate your private entrance and space that Casa Roja has to offer. It is a stylish studio with a tropical elegance. The large room has a nice sitting area with a queen bed, desk, nice closet, large shower, microwave, kurig coffee maker and mini fridge. Located in one of Miami's best neighborhoods. RIght off I95 a short walk to Brickell Village ,Key Biscayne beaches, and Calle Ocho. Close to metrorail & a short uber to SOBE. Tropical paradise...location, location!

The space
Totally independent unit on the side of the house , this space has a great ambience. The property is a tropical oasis with a huge ficus tree right outside your private entrance. It is a great place to retreat to after a busy day exploring Miami. Plenty of parking . A private and beautiful studio space to enjoy. There is a queen bed for comfortable sleep. The room also has with a small sofa,desk ,mini fridge, Kurig coffee maker, iron ,and microwave.

Pool is available for guest use 11am- 7pm daily. Access pool area through green gate by bigger driveway …

Other things to note
The Roads where this property is located is a very walkable neighborhood . My garden has over a dozen varieties of palm trees, along with a not so common old man palm by the pool. I have a passion for teaching art to all ages at the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind . i am also an artist with my works in the Wynood arts district and Calle Ocho Futurama 1647 Art Galkery -happy to show you my abstract paintings upon request.
