Perfectly located on the main road through the village of Snettisham, the cottage is close to local amenities and has easy access to pretty countryside walks.

A door leads through to the kitchen/diner.
A lovely Shaker-style kitchen with original Norfolk pamment-tiled floor. Belfast sink and mixer taps, electric oven and gas hob with extractor over, slimline dishwasher, microwave and freezer in kitchen dresser, fridge in the larder cupboard. Light floods in through the partially glazed roof and French doors leading directly onto the garden. A long table with six chairs is ideal for breakfast and dinner with the family.
A latch door leads off the kitchen with an original internal window. Containing a washing machine, ironing board, high chair and boiler, with ‘Sheila Maid’ for drying washing. Another latch door leads from the kitchen to the family bathroom.

Double french doors lead onto the rear cottage garden, mainly laid to lawn with laburnum and lilac tree and a variety of shrubs and flowers. There is a play house at the bottom of the garden, great for children and dog-friendly too!
There is space at the front of the cottage for a small estate car, however there is not a dropped kerb therefore alternative on-street parking is available nearby.
Snettisham is a coastal village to the south of Hunstanton. Home to the RSPB reserve on the coast of The Wash. Many migratory birds descend there during the winter months and the skeins of geese honking and clattering is one of the iconic Norfolk sights. Snettisham has a great pub, with great food and an enclosed garden with a fab childrens adventure play area. The village is well served with amenities including chemist, a local shop, hairdressers and second hand book shop, perfect for browsing away a couple of hours! There is a Bistro style restaurant on the market square, you can take your own wine at no extra charge. For the children, Park Farm is a lovely place to visit, with hands on experiences including a Deer safari on a tractor to see the herd of Red Deer roaming about. You are perfectly placed for the coast, Snettisham has it's own beach just 2 miles from the centre of the village, Hunstanton is a 5 minute drive and Brancaster a 15 minute drive. Sandringham the Norfolk home to The Queen is just 10 minutes away.
