You can enjoy a film on the TV with Freeview or a DVD in front of the cosy fire. (There is a fire guard for use under the stairs).
The dining area and kitchen are partially open-plan to the sitting room and stairs lead to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom.

Docking is a large friendly village with an excellent local shop with late opening hours a great family pub, The Railway and a fish and chip shop. Situated just 5 miles from the coast it is ideally situated to access the West of Norfolk (Norfolk Lavender, Sandringham etc) and the heart of the North Norfolk Coast (Brancaster, Wells, Burnham Market etc). For angling enthusiasts,there is a fishing lake just five minutes walk away.
