This house is 936sqft total and built in 1959.
No minimum stay. Rates vary depending on the time of year, and day of the week so be sure to search for your specific dates for the exact price. Be sure to check the calendar carefully as rates increase during high traffic times such as SXSW, Austin City Limits (ACL Music Festival), Circuit of the America's F1 Race, etc.
*No Pets. Yard dogs may be considered, please contact us for approval.
The living room, full kitchen, and bathroom are available for your use and may be shared with other Airbnb guests staying inside the house or trailer.
There is parking available for your car in the driveway or on the street.

We are happy to greet you and make your stay as comfortable as possible with recommendations in the area and the like. Or, if you prefer your privacy, we can leave you alone. We're always close, so please contact us at anytime during your stay.
Other things to note
You may likely be sharing the main house with other Airbnb guests. There are two rooms available for rent inside the main house on Airbnb. Please see our profile if you are interested in these rooms.
There are 2 tiny dogs next door that are hardly ever outside, but when they are, they yap. Neither have been an issue with any guest so far, but we're letting you know just in case.
If you book on the same day, we will gladly accept your reservation, however may need up to two hours to get the space ready.

* No pets allowed. If you sneak your pet in we will ask you to leave.
* Serenity now! Quiet time outdoors is between 10pm and 7am per our agreement with our neighbors. Quiet time indoors is between 10pm and 7am if other guests are present and require a quiet household. (Be courteous)

Common areas must remain clean and free from personal items or clutter. The Common Areas are as follows: living room, bathroom, kitchen and backyard. And are available for shared use - potentially with other guests.
If there is a non-emergency and/or non-dangerous problem with another guest, please attempt to work it out personally before involving management. We reserve the right to not intervene on behalf of a personal matter between two guests (for example, if one guest eats another guest’s food).
