Whether you're planning a backcountry adventure or a family vacation, this former show home is your four seasons gateway to the Shuswap. Centrally located with amble parking and Trans Canada Hwy 1 access, this unique property is designed for spending time together, featuring a large living room, basement rec room, hot tub and beautiful outdoor space.

Enjoy local hiking trails, waterfalls, hot pools and ATV/snowmobile trails or just hangout in the rustic comfort of the lodge.

The space
Inside the Lodge, you will find 6 bedrooms (7 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds), 5 bathrooms (4 toilets, 4 sinks, and 2 showers), 2 living rooms, a full kitchen, large games room, full laundry, and a large boot/gear drying room. The space can comfortably accommodate 10 to 17 guests. Bedding, towels and dishes are available for up to 16 people.

The property includes a covered hot tub, covered outdoor space, large yard and firepit, front porch with BBQ and a back deck with seating.

Located close to snowmobile and atv trails, off road adventurers and their toys are welcome. There is a powersports shop located across the parking lot for any needed repairs or adventure advice.

Shuswap Mountain Lodge is located on a large industrial lot next to the Trans Canada Highway. During business hours, there may be work noise and activity on the property. Guests may also notice some highway noise during peak travel hours.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the lodge, the back yard and the covered outdoor space. There is amble parking for multiple vehicles and trailers.

Other things to note
The property is shared with a powersports shop, storage facility and industrial lots. There is a shared gate that is required to be closed during non-business hours.

Toiletries are not provided.
