The house has two family rooms, a loft that can be used as a 5th bedroom, patio with a large hot tub overlooking the lake, screened porch, and large deck where you can enjoy a view of the lake, pool, golf course, and mountains.
You can walk out the back door of our house and down the hill to the lake (beach), pool, waterside, and fitness center with an indoor pool. No need to get in the car if you don't want to. We provide 8 swim club passes

House accommodates a maximum of 10 people. This includes a total of adults and children.
High season: 100% refund 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days full refund if the dates can be rented.
New Years: 100% refund 7 days before arrival.
Spring and fall: 100% refund 14 days before arrival . Within 14 days full refund it the dates can be rented.
Winter:1 00% refund 7 days before arrival . Within 7 days full refund it the dates can be rented.
Rental Rules and Regulations Agreement
1.) CHECK-IN Time is after 4:00pm EST, CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. Guest are expected to depart at appropriate time.
2.) This is a NON-SMOKING home.
3.) PETS are not permitted.
4.) We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian over age 25 or parent.
5.) DAMAGE DEPOSIT – A damage deposit of $500 is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. Damage Deposit is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a.) No damage is done to the home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b.) No charges are incurred due to pets or collection of rents or services during the stay.
c.) All debris, rubbish, and discards are is taken to the recycling area at the north gate, and soiled dishes are in the dishwasher and cleaned.
d.) The key are left in the lockbox.
e.) No linens are lost or damaged..
f.) No early check-in or late check-out, without permission from owners.
g.) Cars are only parked on parking pad in front of home. No cars can be parked on the street. Additional parking is available near by in the parking lots next to the tennis courts.
h.) The renter(s) are not evicted by the owners, (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by Big Canoe.

7.) CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in shortened stay will be subject to forfeiture of the full advanced payment and damage deposit unless the house can be rented for the same period. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
8.) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to ten (10) persons. This number includes the total number of adults, children and infants combined.
9.) MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stay may be required during holiday periods and peak rental periods. If a rental is taken for less than two (2) nights, the guest will be charged the two night rate.
10.) AMENITY CHARGES – Big Canoe has many amenities, such as 27 hole golf course, tennis, fishing, boat rental, and activities building with exercise equipment, indoor pools, indoor tennis courts, racket ball etc. Renters of Big Canoe property owners, have full use of these amenities. There are very reasonable amenity use fees for each. Renters are responsible for paying all amenity use fees directly to Big Canoe POA.
11.) NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels (summer season or if you plan on using the health club); we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home.
12.) FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advanced payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13.) Moving furniture – DO NOT move the furniture. If furniture is relocated there will be a $25 charge per item for the cleaning crew to move back in place. This will be deducted from the damage deposit.
14.) WRITTEN EXCEPTION – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
