We are oceanfront on one of the most beautiful beaches of Maui, Keawakapua beach!
The condo is a 2-bedroom unit with a California king bed, king bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Fully equipped kitchen, ocean front view lanai and all beach and pool equipment provided!
This condo can also be rented as a 1 bedroom at lower rates!
Once booked you will be sent all check in information via email with key code access and parking instructions!

- 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the rental unit or on the patio. Please only smoke in the designated areas provided to you by the front desk of mana kai. A copy of the designated smoking areas can also be found in the welcome binder in each bedroom. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. 4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses 7. Pets are NOT allowed. Please contact management if you will be accompanied by a licensed service animal. 8. Parking: PARKING – Parking is limited to __1__ vehicle(s). Vehicle is to be parked in designated parking Spot # 48A only. Additional parking is also located in the dirt lot. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. PARKING PASSES – Parking passes are provided by the front desk. Upon your arrival please check in your vehicle at the main desk for your parking pass. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. 9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Beach towels and beach equipment are provided. Please be sure to wash and remove all sand from beach equipment and towels. Laundry services are available and are located on the units’ floor across from the elevator. Please do not hang any linens or towels on the patio railing. A towel rack is provided for you to hand any towels or beach equipment out to dry. 10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle; garbage shoot is located inside the laundry service area. 11. Pool: Please refer to the building management for Mana Kai’s pool rules. 12. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
