Just a quick stroll has you on the river, with factory direct shopping, the Exhibition Centre, the Crown Casino, and a host of restaurants all waiting for you. One more short stroll, and you are in the heart of the CBD, and voila, Melbourne is your oyster.

- Having a party will forfeit your entire bond.

- When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. You don’t need to mop and vacuum but please remember this is someone’s home and to put things back where you found them.

- Keep noise down between 10pm and 8am (City Council rule) and be respectful of our neighbours.

- If there is a medical emergency, fire or matters requiring police assistance, please contact 000. For other matters, phone me.

- It is your responsibility to lock up when you are not home and to turn off the fans, lights, heaters and TV. Plus, saving the environment makes you cool.

- I do not accept responsibility for loss of property. However, if you realise you have left something in the apartment after check-out please phone and I will do my best to have it returned to you.

A great place to stay. Pros: Location, wifi, parking, modern, clean, good communication. Cons: Freeway noise (but you get used to it), bed in front room hard and uncomfortable! My only real complaint is about the living area windows. Grime on the inside and a thick layer of dirt on the outside. They were so dirty I cleaned them myself as I was staying for almost 2 weeks and wanted to enjoy a clear view. Surprising given that the rest of the place was spotless. I'd certainly stay again :)

Apartment is clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. But troublesome as the collection of the key for the apartment which is different.

The facilities are fine but it has to be said basic. Road noise is a factor in front room of you are accustomed to quiet sleeping conditions. Location is very good for access to city.
