The condo was beautiful (ocean-view, and during the right season you can see whales from the balcony!), very spacious (very comfortable for 4, could accommodate 6 quite easily), and well-situated within the resort - located near the tennis courts, the beach, a couple of pools, and the buffet restaurant (which we didn't try while we were there). The kitchenette is solid - we only ate breakfast in the condo and it was more than enough for that. The restaurants we did try on-resort were also quite good.
Karla was a very communicative host, and suggested some nice activities for me and my girlfriend. I would recommend checking dates with her before doing a "book it now" - the resort has a checkin/checkout schedule (I think it was Monday - Monday?) that may not exactly line up with your dates - we ended up having to move hotels for our last night in Cabo, which was my only real quibble with our booking - Karla was quick to inform us about this and we decided that the place looked nice enough to deal with the hassle of moving for our last night. Don't regret that, as I really enjoyed this resort.
Recommend for travelers who want to be in a quieter resort setting, a bit away from the downtown hustle and bustle. You do have to take taxis or shuttles to get into Cabo San Lucas, so that might be an upside or a downside for you. We also couldn't swim at Sunset Beach while we were there due to strong surf; not sure if this is unusual or normal. Finally, you might have to deal, at least on your first night there, with a lot of invitations to the "welcome breakfast" timeshare presentation.
