Deer Run is close to Memphis,TN, I-55, restaurants and dining, great views. The spacious, 750+ sq ft cottage on 10 acres is good for retirees, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers alike. We look forward to sharing our property in this semi-secluded setting. Come relax in the comfy 12 inch deep foam mattress with super soft sheets. Enjoy the splendor of the woods, wildlife and gardens. We are far enough off the road that you will not see the street. Wheelchair accessible.

The space
The cottage is full of light. You almost feel like you are in a treehouse when you look out the many windows. The cottage is approximately 750+ sq ft. The full kitchen is ready to go with an assortment of tools at your disposal. We can also provide a twin size air mattress.

Where you’ll be

Hernando, Mississippi, United States

The homes at Deer Run are semi-secluded on 10 wooded acres. There are deer, birds and other wildlife that come to visit. We do have neighbors on either side of us, one is visible from the cottage, but so is their serene pond. You will feel like you are in the country, but you are still close to civilization.

I have a degree in Culinary Arts which i use to cook for my family and friends. We have a cat and very friendly dog. I enjoy going to the symphony, plays, movies, art showings, and being close to nature. I've been known to create stained glass, jewelry, and weld. My mom was an avid gardener at one time and hopefully you will see the splendor of her labor in our gardens. I'm getting ready to start some raised bed vegetable gardens this Spring. So I'm hoping to have the fruits of my labor to share with my guest. My top shows are: Outlander (books and TV), Game of Thrones (again books and TV.)
