Beautifully compact 2 bed sea view apartment on the 7th floor of a very prestigious apartment block with 24 hr security acces in the heart of vibey, trendy Seapoint. 2 x double bedrooms can accommodate a couple/ a couple with 1 or 2 children/ a single traveler with ease. Beautiful sea view. It is also minutes away from umpteen restaurants, bars, shops, coffee bars, gourmet supermarkets as well as within a few meters of the Main Rd for any number of buses and taxi's either into the City centre or all over Cape Town's suburbs. The apartment is filled with eclectic furnishings gathered from many travels across Africa, Asia etc. This apartment is extremely light and sunny as well as comfortable and compact with an artistic African Colonial feel which is always welcoming to come home to.
Guests will have access to entire apartment and Wi Fi Internet.

This is an exclusive, Residential Apartment block with many long standing Residents / Owners and is not therefore a primarily Holiday, Short Let Accommodation Investment Property. Please be respectful and mindful of your neighbours and our residential community and staff at all times. You are kindly requested to please keep the noise factor at a decent level – especially in the common areas (passages/ elevators/ reception area etc) and no parties or raucous behaviour at any time, particularly not after 10pm. Please also do not throw anything over the balcony (ie litter, debris, ash or cigarette butts). These end up on the balconies of neighbours below and is not acceptable on any level. The Patio has a wonderful view and on sunny, windless days it is a wonderful place for Breakfast or drinks etc and of course it is yours to enjoy when you are here. That said, please bear in mind that there are owners who live permanently a few meters above you and to either side and unfortunately continuous loud conversations and raucous behaviour for many hours at a time do carry and can, understandably, become a noise disturbance and inconvenience to those around you. Please Note: Should there be any complaints received of whatever nature, if they cannot be amicably resolved by yourselves and the affected neighbours, you will unfortunately be required to vacate the premises with immediate effect and no refund applicable. Your kind understanding and observance of these rules is most sincerely appreciated. A copy of your passport and/or ID document will need to be lodged at the Security Desk upon arrival and you may be asked to sign the guest register each time you enter the building. Generally, this will only be until Security get to know you or if there is a new Security Detail on duty that has not met you before and does not know you yet. This is both for your personal security as well as that of the permanent residents and your kind co-operation and compliance of the Body Corporate Rule in this regard would be sincerely appreciated.
