2 Bedroom Farm Cottage between the Ocean and Bay beaches at Boneo provides extra space to truly relax. You're only 7kms from Rosebud and 5 mins from the Hot Springs.
The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. Don't forget Star & Zeus the wonder dogs.
Every 3rd Saturday check out the local Boneo market.

The space
Looking for somewhere to just breathe - Stay where you can hear the roar of the ocean or the croak of the frogs in the dams. We have about 40 Dorper sheep, a couple of cows and a handful of chickens. We also get lots of visitors like Kookaburras, Galahs & Rosellas.

There is 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, which is ideal for families. We can also set up a porta cot or high chair if needed.

We don't supply breakfast but there is a full kitchen for you to do your own cooking. There are a couple of supermarkets at Rosebud (about 6 mins in the car) if you need to pick up supplies.

We recommend you tell us a little about your stay when you book so we can provide any hints or tips to help with your trip.

You are welcome to have friends over (maximum 4) but as this is our home too we ask no parties or events. Day visitors are not able to use the pool.

Our Property is not suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties.

We abide by the Mornington Peninsula Short Stay Code of Conduct. Significant penalties apply to both guests and hosts for breaches of the code.

We are set in an ideal location if you want to visit the Peninsula Hot Springs - it's only 5 min drive away. If golf is your thing then you'll be in golfing heaven with 8 different courses to choose from less than 10mins drive from the farm.
Come and stay on the 3rd Saturday of the month and you can walk down the road to the Boneo farmers market(8am-12noon). Other great attractions are the Sunny Ridge strawberry farm or the Enchanted Adventure Garden.

Hi, I'm Michelle, and along with my husband James, we're your hosts at our 20acre farm. We have recently retired from our full time accommodation business Truemans Cottages which we ran for 19 years. I'm pretty fussy when it comes to cleaning so I like to make sure things are just right for all our guests - James jokes I can't stop even when we're on holidays.
I love living on the Mornington peninsula, exploring all the walking tracks, visiting the wineries and in the winter soaking at the Hot Springs. We like producing our own food as well as supporting our local growers and producers.
Favourite restaurant - Le Bouchon in Balnarring
Favourite movie - French Kiss with Meg Ryan, still my favourite.
Favourite book - i've just finished The Wife and the Widow by local author Christian White and loved it.
Next big trip - looking to explore more of Victoria
