Renovated comfort & spacious accommodations w/ vintage-styled living room & uniquely tucked reading nook. Decor is intentionally different than it's sister unit (also located on the property) & boasts a similar 3 BDRM/2 BATH floor plan. 2 miles from EVERYTHING (New Georgia Dome, Hawks Phillip Arena, Zoo, Aquarium, CNN, World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, GA State University, & more!) Walking distance to clubs, lounges, bars, & restaurants. Quick access to Interstates 75, 85, & 20.

The space
Note: If there is a need to sleep up to 20 total guests, please contact us well in advance to check availability for renting both units located on the property

All areas of the bottom unit (A), are available for use, except for the closet in the back bedroom with full bed. A space is provided for clothes to be hung in lieu of the closet. Parking available on the concrete slab in the rear of the house (side closest to fence), which can be accessed via alley entrance on Crumley Street.

Other things to note
Please note that the entire home consists of 2 separate units (w/ 2 separate private entrances), both housing AirBNB tenants. While we very rarely have issues with our guests respecting each other, we ask that you please contact your neighbor prior to contacting the home owner should there be excessive noise or other issues that can be taken care of by communicating on-site. If there are still issues, after politely discussing with your neighbor, at that time we ask that you contact the home owner so additional action can be taken. Additionally, this home has an assistance animal exemption. Unfortunately no animals may brought on the property.
