3 bedrooms + kitchen + living/dining area + washroom. You'll get the entire main floor with private entrance. This includes 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed; and 1 with 2 x twins). Also a single futon available. Our house is 100+ yrs old. Some rooms have been updated; kitchen (albeit everything works fine) needs some updating. Close to Broadway Skytrain Stn and loads of cafe's & pubs. You’ll enjoy the quirky neighbourhood, comfy beds, and a convenient location.

The space
The living and dining area is one spacious room. There is a large flat-screen TV in the main living area and another flat screen TV in the Queen bedroom. Both TV's have Apple TV and Netflix. Very fast wifi throughout the entire space. The kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and a Keurig Coffee maker, and we'll make sure you have the coffee to match! Laundry can be made available at no cost, but needs a little coordination, as it's shared.
