World class ocean views that will tattoo your heart. It's not often that you'll find a property that has ocean views facing both east and west, but here it is. Perched up on a hill, this place is special. Enjoy our direct ocean frontage on a shallow sandy beach. At low tide enjoy long walks on unique coastal sandbars and rocky headlands. Outside decks face east and west and a massive grassy yard offers endless enjoyment.
The space
This coastal home features 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The full sized kitchen is ample for family meals. The cozy living room and dining room both offer incredible ocean views. There is a large rec room (Doubles as bedroom 3) that is perfect for the kids to play games and make vacation memories together. Facing west there is a large outdoor deck offering incredible views for sunset drinks and BBQs. Off the second level of the house, an east facing deck is begging for early morning sunset coffee sessions. The outside grassy yard is massive and offers more space than the kids could ever conquer. Walk down the hill and access direct ocean frontage featuring a sandy beach with shallow water. The coastline here is magic and offers some incredible walks and exploring.
