The house is located in a small neighborhood. There are neighbors on either side, but none in front of or in back of the property. The house is adjacent to the community river park. Park rules apply and will be provided. Property owners in the community have access to the river park. There are many times when you will literally have the whole river to yourselves, but there may be more activity on weekends and especially holiday weekends in the summer. That being said, this river is much less crowded than the Guadalupe, Comal, or Frio.

Hello, I bought the initial property to use as a weekend house back in 2000 and have been living here full time since 2011. I commute to San Antonio for work and relish the time that I spend on the patio appreciating the beauty of nature. What I really enjoy, though, is sharing this beautiful place with others. So much so that I have added an additional home to share. My children learned to swim in that river and we have so many good memories of tubing, swimming, walking the river, and having cookouts on the patio. I hope you will make some good memories here as well!
