My place is close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It's about an hour's drive from the airport (HNL) and about a 15 minute drive to both little towns of Haleiwa and Kahuku. Haleiwa has many restaurants, shops and art galleries. The Polynesian Cultral Center is a 20 minute drive away, in Laie.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). I live in a separate part of the house; your rooms are private.
Up at 700' elevation, the air is cooler. Yet it's just a 5 minute drive down the hill to the beach. And located off the main road you'll awaken to the sounds of birds instead of traffic noise. Occasionally feral roosters will crow, but we try our best to keep them under control.
You will have your own, private space that includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, small kitchen, and lanai. The pool and hot tub area, with gas grill, will also be yours to use alone, whenever you like. Although laundry facilities are shared, you'll always have first priority.
You will receive access information upon arrival, including a remote opener for the garage and key to the unit's entrance.
Interaction with guests
I like to greet my guests, let them know how to reach me should they need anything during their stay and then give them privacy while they are in residence.

I am a nurse, living in Hawaii. I love to travel throughout the world on holidays. I am also a private pilot, single engine land and I love to go up in gliders, too. When I travel, I like to hike, swim, walk around in little towns and learn about the history and culture of the places I visit. At home I like to garden.
I have enjoyed traveling in SE Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Peru and Europe.
I am usually not at home too much when I am hosting. But I can direct you to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and to many nice hiking trails. There are so many things to do in Hawaii without spending money!
I believe in living life to the fullest!
