A/C in optional 2nd room for guests #3&4. Several restaurants nearby. Rosanna and her daughter live discretely in separate caretaker unit, providing security and advice. *Turn-off is located just BEFORE the TROVA gas station*

The space
Entire main floor home with private roof terrace. AC in bedrooms only. Be aware that the climate is coastal tropical (hot and humid).

Master bedroom with ensuite. Optional ($) 2nd bedroom upon request. Private entrance. Awesome views of the ocean and coastline. Buy freshly caught fish at the nearby village. Amazing pristine jungle at doorstep. Photograph the rare Scarlett macaws and varied wildlife. Great for birdwatchers! Enjoy peaceful uncrowded “blue flag” Playa Pita beach. Walk to neighbouring beaches at low tide. The 1 (or 2) bedroom home is considered good value for this location. Master suite has private bath and AC. Optional second bedroom with own AC unit for third/fourth registered guests. However, if two guests require each their own room, a reasonable charge for second room will apply to cover AC. Hot water throughout. Rosanna, your hostess, lives quietly with her daughter in lower level apartment and is available to make phone calls for you, etc. Her discrete presence is an added bonus (security, advice, etc). Thick air mattresses available for larger groups. (>5-6)

Driveway leads up hill to private entrance facing jungle. Entire floor includes private roof terrace. Close to many major attractions. Excellent base for day trips to volcano, waterfalls, zip lining, whitewater rafting, shopping. Jaco 18 kms/10 miles south. Quebrada Ganado, just down the main coastal highway is a typical Costa Rican village, with stores, bars and restaurants. A strip of excellent international and seafood restaurants are within easy walking distance. Airport 60 min on excellent road. Late check in allowed. (Lock box).

Other things to note
Please use air condition only while actually in room with the door closed. Air mattresses,
etc, upon prior request. Smoking outdoors.
