Our bright, white-on-white modern villa — calm, open, and sun-washed - designed for effortless living and barefoot luxury. Expansive ocean views from the al fresco living dining room and the infinty pool.
Villa Nero
Our new, intimate one-bedroom hideaway — a sand-toned, architecturally stunning villa with black accents - where moody warmth meets romance. Half-moon openings frame sweeping ocean views, creating a soothing, cocooned escape.
Both villas are located on the same property which overlooks a pristine, private, sandy beach.
Our chef and villa hostess/housekeeper are present daily for housekeeping, groundskeeping, and meal preparation during scheduled service windows:
8:30 AM – 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy thoughtful service while maintaining privacy.
Our menu features a delicious variety of local, fusion, and international dishes, celebrating fresh island ingredients and vibrant flavors.
Guest access
The ONLY Villas Collection consists of two private, uniquely designed beach villas. The two villas share a common property gated entrance and beach access.
Our staff is discreetly on-site to provide personalized service when desired, allowing guests to choose their preferred level of interaction —The experience is intentionally flexible, offering comfort, ease, and seclusion throughout your stay.

Pantry Stocking Service (Highly Recommended)
Arrive to a fully stocked villa — no shopping required.
We provide a suggested pantry list including snacks, beverages, fruits, and essentials. You select your items, and we pre-stock the villa prior to arrival
Pantry items are invoiced at cost
$25 USD transportation fee applies to this service
Pantry invoice to be reimbursed upon arrival (cash, credit card, or Airbnb money request). Additional restocking or shopping requests after arrival may incur an extra transportation fee
CULINARY EXPERIENCE
Menu features delicious local, fusion, and international dishes. To ensure the freshest ingredients and seamless service, we ask guests to place meal orders in advance. You’ll receive access to our menu ordering system once your booking is confirmed. (Selections may be adjusted once on property.)

Staff gratuity is based on the number of guests and the level of service received. A general guideline is 12–20% of your accommodation cost, depending on services and special requests
