She let feel welcome us by her friendly and THE rooms. And brought us something to drink.

Cherry welcomed us warmly to her family's beautiful Moulin. She and Deborah (and their husbands) have created a wonderful place in a beautiful setting. Communications with Deborah beforehand were excellent, and the rooms we had were very private and immaculately clean and comfortable. Cherry was extremely helpful and the perfect hostess. We felt so relaxed, and would love to stay again.

The hamlet was wonderful and very peaceful. The room was just perfect and our hostesses were very helpful. We had a wonderful chat and shared a glass of our rose wine. Cherry was very helpful as we has our own food for dinner. Breakfast was also perfect. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. We were over from Australia touring around France. Kerry

I started this B&B with my sister Cherry, aided and abbetted by our able husbands. We love this part of France for its peaceful countryside and real French country living.

We moved to France for a change of pace after the South East of England and have managed to achieve that - although we regularly return for our top-up of Englishness!

Over the years we have found that friends and family love coming here and we try and give that feeling of relaxation and regeneration of batteries to all our visitors.

We welcome pets and have 5 spoilt cats and one bouncy dog ourselves.

Whilst you are with us we highly recomend visiting :

La Vallée des Singes (monkey Valley)
Futuroscope (theme park and museum of the moving image)
La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré
Melle silver mines
Baudet donkey sanctuary

There are many good family-run restaurants offering excellent typically French home cooked quality meals. We are also, only about 50km from the coast, so most restaurants offer excellent seafood - Oysters and mussels a particular speciality .

Come stay with us and enjoy the empty roads, stunning countryside and generally the slower pace of life
