This vacation home is designed to provide you with 100% relaxation. It features a private swimming pool, spacious bedrooms and living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor seating area with uninterrupted views.

3. Please provide the actual number of guests. If it is found that there are more guests than the number provided, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 500 baht per person.
4. The property is staffed until 7:00 PM. And there are staff available to help with shopping until 9:00 pm. Please note that there is a service fee of 50 baht per order for purchases.
5. No drugs or illegal substances are allowed in the accommodation. Anyone found in possession of such substances will be asked to leave under any circumstances.
6. In the event of a fight or a complaint being reported to the police, you may be asked to leave the property immediately.
7. No loud noise outside the house after 10:00 pm. (Karaoke can be used all night; just please close the doors to prevent the sound from escaping outside.)
8. Kitchen appliances, dishes, and tableware are provided (Please clean them after use. If this is not convenient, there is a service charge of 500 baht).
9. The property provides fancy inflatable water toys for use. If any damage occurs, a damage fee of 1,000 baht will be charged, and the toys can be taken back.
10. In the event of damage to the house and various items, the cost of the damage incurred shall be charged according to the actual cost (item cost + labor cost). Furthermore, moving furniture is strictly prohibited.
