Important: I have a two-and-a-half year old dog, 25 kilos. You should be tolerant of animals, and keep in mind that the house is cleaned earlier but if there is a b***h it is normal to have any hair. Anything you need to know about it, please let me know before and during the reservation.
The space
Very bright two bedroom apartment. The room shown in the photos is rented. The house is shared with me, and with Piña.
You can use all the shared stays in the house without a problem. I have induction, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and cutlery , so you won't miss anything.
The photos of the room are taken at night and day, so in some you can't appreciate the lot of light the place has. Also, some of the furniture has been changed (there is no treadmill or closet in the living room) and others have been added (a larger TV, shelving…). This is reflected in the recent photographs.
My accommodation is perfect for working remotely. It's a quiet area, virtually noisy. There is good wifi and lots of light in the house in case you have to make video calls.
Guest access
All shared spaces of the house are accessible, always keeping respect and collecting what is used. That is, it acts like a friend's house, it helps to make sure everything is okay :)
The shower works by thermos, so I recommend not staying more than 30 minutes per person under it because the hot water could run out for the other person.
Regarding the kitchen, you can use the appliances in it, including the washing machine. I also have an espresso machine with capsules at your disposal. Directions will be provided. The coffee is great :)

IMPORTANT!
House is cleaned before and after your stay. If during the stay you see something that does not fit what you expect, please let me know, for me it is essential that we all feel comfortable. I'm not always home, and if you don't let me know, I may not be conscious.
Piña does not enter your room (unless you let him come by to say hello). But it's their home, and it's normal that there can be hairs in the living room (mostly on the couch), as it's usually lying there with me when there are no guests. I have more limited hours with work and life in general, and that's why it will be harder for me to clean them daily. A lot of time is spent on so that the house is ok and everything is perfect for the guests, but living with a pet is sometimes difficult for it to be 10. If this is going to be an issue, please talk to me before booking to be more careful. Pineapple is usually with me in the room when there are guests but has freedom throughout the house except in the guest room. Please remember this is your home. If you do not like animals or do not think they should have freedom to be in the entire unit (except for your room), please let me know before.
Check-in and check-out will be flexible as much as possible, trying to accommodate both of us. Especially for check-in, as I usually leave room between reservations and I have an automatic lock. However, there will be no problem leaving your luggage both at check-in and check-out if I am at home and the schedules work. Unless the departure times affect a lot, I don't charge extra for this. Let me know about your arrival and departure, so I can bathe:)
¡CLEANING NOTICE! For stays between 14 and 28 days will be charged €60. For stays of one month will be charged €80. These will be added to the reservation, which will be changed to adjust the price.
If you are interested in the accommodation but the dates are not available, please write me a private message and I will be happy to answer you. I accept long-term stays even if it doesn't appear on the calendar.
