Casa Lolita is a beautiful cabana style accommodation with an indoor/outdoor living area with patio and pool. The property is shared with Casa Kimi (see listing) on a 2 acre parcel that is very private, beautifully landscaped with a large pool and is only a few steps from the beach, restaurants and grocery shopping. Each Casa is separated by enough land to make them private from each other with the pool as common area.

The space
When traveling to Yelapa, you will most likely arrive in Puerto Vallarta. Go to Los Muertos Pier (Muelle) and purchase a ticket to Yelapa. You will board a panga (water taxi) and arrive in Yelapa 45 min to an hour later. When you enter the Bay of Yelapa, you will see the Pueblo on your right, the beach (playa) straight ahead, and Hotel Lagunitas Pier on your right. Get off at the Lagunitas Pier and walk toward the beach. If you like, Miguel will meet you and guide you to the casa. He can also arrange for a mule to carry your luggage ($100 pesos) if you like.

Where you’ll be

Yelapa, Jalisco, Mexico

Your casa is located right behind the beach where there are many restaurants and a grocery store available. The property itself is very private and set back from the path. The river is a short distance away. If you go up river you will come to the small community of El Paso where you will also find stores and restaurants. Across the river, you can find the main path to the pueblo where there are many restaurants, music, stores, etc.
