In our home we have enough space and we love to be able to share it with travelers and adventurous people.

We build 2 small and comfy cabins ideal to spend some days in the area. Located at 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the ADO bus station in a very quiet zone.

We have good home atmosphere and we certainly help you to enjoy your stay if you want!

The space

The land is about 1 ha. where we've built the cabins with bamboo we planted here. The cabins are comfortable and perfect to rest, all protected with mosquito net. There are open air showers and bathrooms.

Guest access

We have an open air shared kitchen, with mini fridge, mini stove, and basic kitchen accessories you're free to use. Next to it, is the "bar", where you can have your drinks, listen to music, and have a good time.

Interaction with guests

We're a small family who live and work here, so we'll be addressing any needs you might have, and we'll also try to make you feel at home.

Other things to note

There's a cronstruction outside of the house, over the highway but it just stopped a few weeks ago. There's no obstruction or noises during the day.

We stayed 2 nights and wish we had more time in Palenque! The ambience and vibe of the entire place is spectacular, the hosts are fantastic, friendly and inviting. The monkeys are an added bonus to the wonderful cabins and beautiful outdoor shower. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon.

An amazing experience staying in the jungle. We booked here to visit Palenque ruins but didn’t want to leave our little cabaña bubble. We did visit the ruins in the end (of course) with the help of our hosts recommendations, it all went smoothly. Feeding the monkeys on more than one occasion during the day was definitely the highlight of staying here and feeling close to nature as you listen to the howler monkeys roar !! It’s truly fantastic !! My first time feeding monkeys as they hang from their natural habitat. Maty was great, she only has to call and they come running for bananas! The space itself is a dream. Beautiful bamboo cabins (ours had two floors) for the price it’s well worth the money. My favourite place to stay so far! I would have stayed longer if I hadn’t already booked onward travel to Guatemala. You must stay here !!

We loved our stay with Maty and Roger! What a magical place... set a bit off the center of Palenque is the natural oasis with two cabins and a dorm room. Maty is the sweetest host and really helpful with everything - communication was a bit difficult as she doesn’t speak English and we don’t speak Spanish but (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Translate helped us out. The cabin is very clean, spacious enough and we loved the feeling of sleeping in the jungle. The outdoor shared shower and bathroom contribute to the whole experience. We got to see and feed the howler monkeys one of our four day stay which was just an amazing bonus. Thank you Maty!

Highly recommended! If you're looking for some private, quiet spot at the edge of the jungle, this is the best place to stay. Maty is very welcoming and makes super breakfasts, she even changed the menu for a day as we were staying for four nights. The place is near to everything, easy to reach, and we spotted no mosquitos inside the bamboo house. Best part of our stay: feeding the monkeys, including baby Pablito!!
