A PRIVATELY-OWNED, restored historic building, offering beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 in-house masseurs (1 hour for $20), a lounge, roof patio, sundeck, security, concierge service, and 3 breakfast options for $2-$8 cuc.
Steps from Old Havana, the Malecon waterfront, artists, live music, theaters, museums, shopping, set in the vibrant street life of Centro Havana, with its gritty feel: 50’s cars, street vendors, broken buildings, and lively, friendly Cubans.
This is authentic Cuba!

The space

Some enthusiastic and hard working young Cubans teamed up to create this special place. The vaulting 30 foot high atrium of this great old building provides bright, natural light, ventilation, for two levels, with 15 foot ceilings.
We saved the original cement tile floors, tall antique doors, some rough brick and stone walls, 8 balconies and then added private, modern bathrooms, hi tech air conditioning, ceiling fans, wall safes, hair dryers, digital door locks, new mattresses, and bedding, original Paintings, LED lighting, security cameras to make a safe and engaging "hotelito". We recently opened the roof patio which has gorgeous views of the local scenery, and street life.
Our team works hard each day to provide helpful guest services, bookings, breakfast, house-keeping, security in a clean and safe oasis from this great, noisy energetic city.
Please come explore stunning Havana!

I loved hanging out on the rooftop and seeing the city. Common areas are kept clean and the hotel is just so pretty with all the windows and amazing tile floor. Water pressure and temp. was the best at this hotel compared to the other places i stayed in Cuba. The staff was so helpful in arranging transportation to different activities. My only problem was that the mattress wasn't the best in comfort. Overall i enjoyed my short stay i would like to return one day!

This place is AMAZING. Such a haven, we definitely lucked out by staying at this place. The rooftop alone made it worth the price. The room was GORGEOUS, and so clean and cozy. It was nice to come back to after walking around all day. The location is absolutely perfect, about 0.4-0.5 miles away from some of the cutest restaurants in Old Havana. Download Maps.Me for Cuba, and you can literally walk anywhere with it. Taxi from airport was $30, I'm sure you can haggle, but we just wanted to get to the room. They even let us check in early, which was amazing after traveling all night with no sleep. Oh- if you don't want to opt for the breakfast, you have to at least get the 2 CUC mango juice. Literally the best in the city. I am missing it. All in all- STAY HERE. Its absolutely amazing, and after seeing other places in the city, I am so happy we found this little gem.

Great place in Havana! Would definitely recommend. Good location close to everything. Perfect if you wish yo upgrade a bit from the classic casas. Really cool atmosphere, and - I guess - you will not you find much similar in Havana. Great rooftop terrace! A bit noisy from the street in the room though, and the breakfast is a bit pricey compared to other places we stayed.

The hotelito was beautiful, room was small but very nice with high ceilings and cool designs. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotelito is located 5-10 minutes away from the old town of Havana and there are no attractions or restaurants in very close proximity. Nice rooftop. We enjoyed our stay!

Dear fellow travellers, Congratulations! You have found THE place to stay in Havana. Location: 4 blocks to the East is Old Havana cobblestone backstreets (where tourists wander), some of the city's top restaurants (eg. La Guarida, La Concordia, San Cristobal) can be found 8~12 blocks to the West (reservation almost always required), breathtaking sunset from the Malecon is 4 blocks North, buy your wifi code across the street and head South 4 blocks to the wifi park (3CUC per hour at your footstep or pay 15+CUC at big hotels in tourist central). Very safe, vibrant, lively, friendly and authentic Cuban neighbourhood. Accommodation: This is not a traditional Airbnb, instead more of a boutique hotel than anything (which is a big plus). There are 6 rooms on the second floor, 6 on the third floor. Street facing rooms come with small balconies (love), but can be noisy with lively activities on the street especially on the weekend. I stayed in room #2 for 3 nights (2 twin beds, very well appointed room. not the most comfortable beds. Super high ceiling, minimalist style, beautiful wooden doors and unbelievably high French doors open to the balconies); room #3 for 1 night (queen size bed was very comfortable, also very well appointed: super high ceiling, wooden doors, minimalist style... all the same). I also stayed in room #10 for one night (one of the interior rooms). No balcony was not a problem. Super comfy bed. Cozy and well appointed room with the signature high ceiling. I actually had the best sleep in room #10, perhaps it was the absence of street noice, or the day trip out of town made me extra tired. Bathrooms are decent in size, modern, extremely clean and the water pressure is great with the much appreciated shampoo-conditioner-bodywash dispenser and a powerful hair dryer. A complimentary litre bottle of water and fresh flowers in each room were nice touches. Bonus points for the beautifully decorated common sitting areas (with plenty of rocking chairs for everyone to chill and chat) and the fabulous roof top terrace (a great place to watch the sun sets as the whole city turns magically pink. Check time for sunset in advance to not miss out on taking the most stunning photos of the streets, no filter required). Services: Yordan and his team are attentive, genuine, professional and fluent in English. They have the best suggestions for places for food, fun, and nightlife. They know the ins and outs of the city and are available 24-7. There is no room service, which is fine by me. The optional 5CUC breakfast bar includes bowls of cut-up fresh tropical fruits, a selection of juice and delicious coffee to kick start a great day. If you are a traveller (and know the difference between a tourist and a traveller), you will enjoy staying at Animas 303. You can thank me later. 強力推薦!地理位置絕佳,走路到達所有景點。客房舒適乾淨,佈置簡潔有質感。年輕老板Yordan帶領的俊男美女服務團隊,細心專業,英文流利。饕客千萬不要錯過: La Guarida, La Concordia, San Cristobal, El Cafe, El del Frente.

The place is very nice and very convenient the whole staff is so nice and very helpful and great tips ... The only thing I would say is do not go through them to get a Cab the people they use are way too high then the people that are on the street at cenral park... you will not be disappointed when you stay here ...
