Casa Marquesa is a majestic 3200 sq ft Spanish Villa in an amazing location. Sleeping 10 or more comfortably and 50 ft. from the best beach in San Juan we offer a beautiful and large residence for family reunions, weddings, social and business gatherings. Situated in the quiet Ocean Park neighborhood & blocks from numerous restaurants, bars & shops this house is simply wonderful in every aspect.

The space

If you are looking for a beautiful, large Spanish villa with two floors of
beautiful, open and airy living space that includes a 20 second walk to the best beach in SJ and just a few blocks from dozens of restaurants, bars and convenience stores this is it!
The house is quite spacious with 7 bedrooms, 9 comfortable beds and 3 full sized sofa beds, large rooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 well appointed kitchens, 9ft ceilings, beautiful terraces, porches, courtyards. Each floor is a separate apartment but easily accessed from the inside or closed off depending on your needs. We are literally a 20 second walk to an amazing beach making it an ideal vacation spot for families and large groups as well as a nice place to go sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the shore of the Atlantic.
We offer high quality linen, nice towels (both bath and beach) and there are two laundry centers for your personal use so no need to overpack. Plus there is high speed internet and Roku TV.

You will have the entire main house with private entrances.

Either we or our representative will be constantly accessible to answer questions and help out in any way.

!Please book well in advance to ensure both floors are available.
!We have strict rules against loud noise and/or partying so not a great fit for bachelor parties, etc.
!Check in is at 3PM and check-out is at 10AM. We cannot accept early arrivals and late departures without advanced notice.

!!Tax: We must charge a 7% room tax and we will let you know the amount via Airbnb's communication thread. Airbnb does not include the room tax as a separate cost in their quote and we prefer you pay this in cash upon arrival. If you are uncomfortable with this we can add it to the total of your bill but it cannot be itemized per Airbnb policy. Increasing the quote, increases the fees.
No Noise/Loud Partying: Please enjoy the space at a respectful volume. We are in a quiet, family neighborhood and have great neighbors. Loud music at levels where people outside the apartment can hear, and/or loud parties are unwelcome. The apartment is not suitable for bachelor parties. Any loud or disturbing noise (loud music, shouting, etc.) complaints will be treated in the strictest sense and Guests will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds.
Guests: For safety and liability issues we request that only the people listed on the lease spend the night.
Make-up: Please do not use the towels or face cloths for make-up removal. Bring or Purchase Make-Up Wipes. Please dispose of wipes in the wastebasket, not the toilet.
Security: Please lock the red door and primary street door at all times.
Outdoor Shower: The outdoor shower is for rinsing only. Please do not use soap or shampoo. Please remove all sand.
Sand: To avoid getting sand in the plumbing.Please remove all of the sand from feet, body & towels outside before showering indoors or laundering towels and bathing suits
Toilets: Toilet paper only. Please…only toilet paper in the toilets. No adult or baby wipes, make up remover pads, feminine articles etc. even if they say flushable. This avoids plumbing issues.
Electricity: Please turn off all air conditioners whenever you leave the apartment. Your conservation is greatly appreciated.
Rain: Rain usually comes from the east so please shut the terrace doors and MB windows before you leave the apartment.
Garbage: We provide ample trash bags. Tropical garbage tends to attract tropical bugs so best to do this on a daily basis. Thanks so much.
Recycling: There is minimum recycling on the island. Put beer and soda cans in the beach bins, everything else in the trash.
Maintenance: If you experience any problems with water, electricity, appliances, AC units, TV, plumbing etc. please notify us immediately and we will be happy to take care of it.

Hunter and I always feel so lucky to share this beautiful house, in a gorgeous neighborhood, just steps from an amazing beach, restaurants and so many urban conveniences. This is an incredible location, probably the best in all of San Juan.
When we are not here, we have wonderful representatives to greet you in our absence and will always be available by text or phone or email to help in any way. Please enjoy this incredible space.
