We are sorry to post that the City of Perth has prohibited us from renting our gorgeous apartment out on a short term basis. We therefore can no longer Air BNB our apartment. We apologise sincerely to our guests.

The space

The main and second bed have queen beds with a double futon in the third bedroom. Each room has built in wardrobes. Main bed has a TV. Main bed has ensuite, shared bath to other 2 beds. Laundry with washing machine and dryer is off the kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, main fridge, bar fridge and large pantry. Furniture may not be exactly as appears in photos. BBQ on balcony not available. Ducted aircon to main areas and bed 1 with extra fans supplied.

Super IGA across the road, Liquor store, The Royal hotel next door, coffee shops, restaurants in building.
Access to gym in complex. Free yellow cat bus 20 meters away.
Secure under cover parking for 2 cars

Ross' place is in an excellent location, near Elizabeth Quay. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket just downstairs. There is a good breakfast place just 5 min walk away called Toast and we enjoyed walking there in the mornings. Also very conveniently located near the bus stop into CBD which is only 10-15 min drive away. The apartment is spacious and had all the supplies we needed. We would choose this place again when we next go back to Perth.

This apartment is lovely. Situated in a charming suburb just 5 minutes away from Perth CBD, it was spacious enough for a family of five, well-equipped and super convenient. Plentiful of restaurants downstairs and nearby, IGA right opposite this secured apartment complex and free public transport into the city just few metres away. Ross is a great host and has been extremely accommodating with our request of checking in earlier. We would definitely recommend this place to families or friends travelling to Perth!

Ross is very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. Despite our odd check in and check out hours, Ross arranged everything smoothly leaving nothing regrettable. The apartment is very clean and spacious, also well equipped. We couldn't feel more at home! Definitely recommended!

Ross was extremely helpful right at the beginning, he came down personally to meet us and did a detailed walk through of his place. The apartment is huge and well equipped although slightly dated. I would highly recommend Ross's apartment, especially for guest with kids or a large family.

We have 3 adult daughters and are lucky to have 4 adorable grandchildren and 2 delightful Ragdoll cats to keep me company. Their names are Roger and Millie. We have used Airbnb through Europe and love meeting the owners. My motto: forgive readily and don't sweat the small stuff.
