The property by itself is near Balay na Bato a tourist destination and from that point, you can catch a ride to Sta Barbara Church a National Landmark, and Garin Farm.

The house is located on a river bank, with a mini extension for relaxing. It is a newly renovated house fully furnished. The Master bedroom has a balcony located on second floor for more privacy. Wifi is pretty much faster as it is at 50mbps with unli wifi data per month. Lower Bathroom has a water heater for shower.
