98 Walk Score! Fantastic location at the top of Capitol Hill (on 15th Avenue between Pine and Olive). This townhouse is near bus routes and light rail. The home is stumbling distance to bars, restaurants, coffee houses/cafe's, shopping, parks, and night life.
This is the middle townhouse with hardwood floors throughout, carpet in only the two first floor bedrooms, and tile in the kitchens and bathrooms. You may use the gust parking permit that allows area (Zone 4) street parking in the same space for up to two days.
First Floor: The entry level has two bedrooms. The front smaller room has a sofa that folds out to a Queen sized bed, tv, fridge, and microwave. The other bedroom has a Queen sized bed, desk, and tv. There is also a full bathroom.
Second floor: Open updated kitchen with stainless appliances and gas range, dining area, powder room, stackable washer/dryer, and living room with large tv, gas fireplace, and small balcony. The floors are tile and cherry hardwood. There is also a retro cocktail table to enjoy 60 video games.
Third floor: Master suite with Queen bed and vaulted ceilings, a master bath (2 sinks, shower, and toilet), and a good sized roof deck (that you don't need to access through the bedroom) with propane bbq, high table and chairs, and nice views of the city and Space Needle.
I will give you a code to access the front door.
The parking permit is hanging inside next to the front door. Make sure it is returned at the end of your visit.
Interaction with guests
I will most likely be out of town when renting the entire townhouse, but will usually be available by cell and/or will have a local contact person to help if need be.
Other things to note
You may use the gust parking permit that allows area (Zone 4) street parking in the same space for up to two days. The pass is hanging inside the front entry. Make sure it is returned at the end of your stay.
Please take off your shoes in the house and use coasters. Thanks!

A bit about myself: I'm a Seattle native (since 1968), have been a residential real estate agent (since 2002), a non-smoker, and a friendly guy (or so I've been told). I enjoy exploring new places and restaurants, spontaneity, long walks, movies, theater, nightlife, and games. Dang, this sounds la little too much ike a profile for a dating site.
