- cozy main floor great room with comfortable furnishings, fireplace and TV
- games room with game table and foosball table as well as an infrared sauna
OUTSIDE THE LAKEHOUSE
Venture outside to enjoy time dining and cooking on the deck that boasts 2 bbqs or have your morning coffee cozied up on the comfortable outdoor seating set while drinking in the beautiful sights of Lake Simcoe.
Gather around the fire pit in the evenings for star gazing and roasting marshmallows. Enjoy reading a good book while lounging in the hammock. Make your way down the gentle steps to the dock for day time fun. Deep clear, shallow water off the dock, perfect for young children. Plenty of water toys for long, lazy days spent on the water.

Other things to note
- a signed rental agreement and legal ID of the booking guest must be provided to gain access to your door codes.
- Please note that a security deposit may be required, subject to verification.
- Guests are required to take all garbage and recycling with them upon checkout.
(If you would prefer to leave the garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee will apply. If you choose this option, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.)
