This a perfect accommodation for adventures into Sequoia National Park and Kings National Park. Our guesthouse is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We are 15 minutes from the gate to Sequoia National Park. Near by is Kaweah Lake. At the end of the road on 198 is a nice family restaurant. Approximately five minutes drive is the Village Market and a Mexican restaurant, and a Pizza Factory.

The space

This studio off the main house has a king bed, full bathroom and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker). Our home is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We just moved here from Yosemite National Park and we love Three Rivers. We have found that everyone is so friendly and kind. We have a small patio with two lounge chairs and a table to relax after a day of hiking. We have a circular drive way so it is very accessible, and parking is just right in front of the guesthouse.

We own two Pugs and they do roam around the yard attached to the guesthouse. They love attention and will welcome any petting. Occasionally we have rabbits that visit our yard, along with some beautiful birds.

Guest access

Please feel free to roam our yard and small orchard.

Interaction with guests

Although my husband and I have full time jobs, we will be available by phone and in the evenings and weekends.

Other things to note

The drive to Three Rivers on Highway 198 is very beautiful, as you drive to Three Rivers you can see the beautiful snow covered peaks of Sequoia National Park. Due to the rain this winter Kaweah Lake is very full. You can also hear the roar of the Kaweah River near by.

Jodi was an amazing host! The space was beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and clean. The bed was super comfy. She left fruit and snacks which was a really wonderful touch. Communication was always very fast. Plus it really is very close to the Sequoia National Park entrance. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice private guest cottage. Worked well for an overnight after a day in Sequoia. Jodi provided an amazing variety of snack and breakfast items.

Jodi's place is in a perfect location fora visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. She and her husband Michael are perfect hosts. Both are extremely knowledgeable about everything these parks have to offer. We appreciated all of the delicious fruit and snacks. The bed was very comfortable and sitting outside in the evening was very relaxing after a long day exploring the park. We enjoyed a pizza from Family Pizza and picked up a few essentials at the market in the same strip. Breakfast at Grant Lodge was delicious. Dry Creek Road was a less crowded alternative to the upper part of Sequoia and KingsCanyon. Just as windy as the park road, but less people and no traffic stop for roadwork.

We had a lovely rest in Jodi's large and comfy Green Room... They left us wonderful snacks and fruit. It is convenient to everything and made out trip to Sequoia National Park easy. The location is quiet while still being close to the main road to Sequoia... We highly recommend this lovely spot!
