Four en-suite bedrooms, a private dock, rooftop lounge, resort pool with spa, and a custom game room with a 30-foot bar, designed for guests who want more than a vacation home.
The space
The home spans multiple levels connected by a private elevator, offering distinct zones for every mood and group dynamic. The main living level centers the experience with open-concept living, dining, and a chef's kitchen that flows directly to the pool deck. Four en-suite bedrooms — each with custom closets and private baths — provide true privacy for every guest. The game room and golf simulator occupy their own dedicated levels, keeping the entertainment spaces separate from the living areas. The rooftop lounge crowns the home with panoramic water views. Whether your group wants to be together or spread out, the layout accommodates both effortlessly.

-2nd floor includes the Kitchen outfitted with Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances. Large living room and additional bar seating and custom coffee bar

From the private dock at La Hacienda, you're minutes by boat from nearby islands and waterfront restaurants. By car, the beach is moments away, and the surrounding Clearwater-area dining and entertainment scene is easily accessible. The home's location on the Intracoastal Waterway puts you at the center of the Gulf Coast's best water access — sheltered canal living with open Gulf just beyond.
Closest airports are St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, just about 25 minutes away. Tampa International Airport is also a popular option at roughly 45 minutes northeast. Both work great for Indian Rocks Beach.

After serving in the US Navy, we made our way to Indian Rocks Beach. We love it and still live locally. We have 2 kids and have been married for almost 30 years.
