Heaven on earth in Virginia’s Horse & Wine Country! Nestled between Middleburg & The Plains, there is nothing "Halfway" about this well appointed and roomy country pied-a-terre. One-level living, hardwood floors, light filled rooms bring the outdoors in. Large sunny deck, (even in winter). Enjoy fine dining in nearby Middleburg, The Plains, Marshall. Be your own chef in well equipped kitchen, formal Dining Room. Reliable, hi-speed Wi-Fi from StarLink, Smart TVs. Well lit reading areas, Views!

The space
Halfway to Heaven Cottage is the vintage, equestrian is the dream in this luxurious and well appointed one level hunt country masterpiece. We thought of everything so you don't have to! Work from the peaceful, heated deck or stately sitting room (great for a zoom meeting) with lightning fast Starlink wifi, while the young ones stream their favorite tunes or compete for video game supremacy in their own private den. Great Meadows, The Plains and Middleburg are mere moments away, while Upperville and Sky Meadows, not to mention The Shenandoah and Appalachian trail are within exceptionally easy driving distance. Boxwood winery and The Hill School are neighbors, groceries can be had in five minutes, big box stores in less than 30 in any direction, all while you are completely ensconced in sylvan serenity. Wineries, cideries and breweries, oh my! Breathtaking hikes and walks in all the surrounding pasturelands, every conceivable Equestrian activity, plus all the comforts of home--nothing halfway about it--we've got it all here waiting for you!

Please park in the Parking Area behind the house only. Entry is from the back deck through the Mud Room door. Do not park in front of the house nor on the driveway. Plenty of room to park facing the white fence. Thank you!
